What’s one small habit that unexpectedly helped you lose weight?

I’ve been trying to improve my energy and focus lately because sitting at a desk all day was starting to make me feel terrible physically.

One thing I noticed is that a lot of weight-loss advice online feels extreme or impossible to maintain long term.

I’m curious what actually worked for normal people here.

Not looking for miracle solutions or anything — just small realistic habits that made a noticeable difference over time.

For me, walking after dinner and reducing random late-night snacking already seems to help a bit.

What made the biggest difference for you?
