Do you send monthly reports to your clients? I'm building a tool that generates a beautiful PDF report in 2 minutes from your numbers. Would this save you time? Genuinely trying to understand the pain before I build anything.

Every team I’ve worked with uses the same stack:

Notion for docs

Slack for chat

Trello/Linear for tasks

Drive for files

Stripe for revenue

Analytics for numbers

But every morning still feels like this:

→ open 5–7 tabs

→ check updates everywhere

→ still not fully sure what’s going on

There’s no single place that answers:

• What are we building right now?

• What shipped this week?

• Who is working on what?

• What are the key numbers today?

• What decisions were made recently?

Everything exists — just scattered.

So we started building something simple:

**Sparkboard — one living page for your entire company.**

A single dashboard that shows:

→ This week’s priority

→ What shipped

→ Team activity

→ Live metrics

→ Decisions

→ + an AI co-founder that actually understands your company context

No switching tools. No confusion. No “status meetings”.

Still early, but we’re getting close to launch.

If this sounds useful, you can check it out here:

Would love to hear:

How do you currently keep your team aligned daily?
