Hoping someone could advise.

Currently in process of buying first house - a little back to back.

Ive discovered the loft space is open to the other 5 back to back houses it’s attached to. Obviously this is a major concern and if one of the other houses has a fire we’re all in trouble. I want to fire proof my section of the lost and wondering best way/not an expensive way to sort. My first thoughts were just to brick it up but seen there’s lots of special fire safety options.

Would greatly appreciate anyone’s help or advise.
