I have a pretty good paying job at a startup and it’s remote, so it’s great cause I have control of my days and I just have to finish my tasks (I work as a developer).
The thing that frustrates me is that we have a daily standup but my manager always says tasks I have to do, without giving more details, sometimes he calls me via discord, sometimes WhatsApp, meet, zoom, I don’t know why hahaha
I feel like we are a mess at organizing, I try to create a standard for assignments but he is so busy that he doesn’t follow it, what should I do?
Also we don’t have like a Google Drive where we have documentation and things of the company
I mean I can handle it but sometimes it’s tired being so disorganized cause it also causes errors or misunderstandings.
