Probably one of the reasons I will stop buying from Nykaa would be its delivery partner! I haven’t seen such a bad delivery , every morning I get a message that will be delivered today and it’s going on for a week but delivery doesn’t happen.

On the first day delivery partner called me at night at 11:30 pm and asked me to come to a certain location (1.5km) away from my home to collect order , i obviously denied and since then i just get this message and no order. My 10k order is now stuck 😒

Has anybody experienced the same? Where should I raise complaint? Both shadowfax and Nykaa have AI agents and nobody is actually helping me just raising tickets.
