Bloke i just played stats, I won the game by stopping 2 castle drops.. felt like this player was way above the level of players i normally get so i looked the fella up and wow.. I had a right laugh.

I assume it's not uncommon for a person to early resign to keep their ELO lower then their actual rating to either smurf on weaker players or be able to do "cheesy/funny/odd BO" without getting blasted by equal skill players. So the win itself felt rather rewarding as this person is clearly not a 900 ELO player (my rating) but 2K+ early resigns is beyond nuts and can't be healthy for the integrity of the ladder.

Have you guys came across this often? I've had about a 5-10% auto resign rate in about 150 games, if any of you guys know I'd be interested to know for both the auto resign your reason why and people who don't how common is people leaving for you?

Only recently joined the community, played campaigns on AOE2 HD but never PVP and enjoying it so far in DE. *other then castle drops* those games feel empty regardless of win/lose.
