Soooo it's exactly what it says on the title- I accidentally lost one of the two screws that hold a 3010 cooling fan to the filament extruder gearbox here, and I know just holding it with one screw is just asking for the fan to come loose over time. Problem is, I can't find the exact screw they used, or a kit that sells all the screws that the internal extruder needs so I just can grab one of those.

Can anyone help me out? I contacted customer support and apparently they're ST2.9x16 self-tapping screws, but haven't gotten an answer on what type of screw head the type is, so I've run into a dead-end. I can't print without the cooling fan!

So, I lost this screw while reassembling my extruder’s gearbox on my Flashforge Adventure 5M Pro (long story short, I had PETG clog in the guide hole of the gearbox)- accidentally dropped the fan and both the screws. I’ve found one obviously, but the other is… well, nowhere to be found.

Could someone measure the length of this screw so I can figure out a replacement screw? Or better yet, does someone have a link to a set of screws that would include one for this? I’m decently confident it’s an M3 10-12mm, but not positive since I’m only going off of guesstimates.

I’ve got the other screw on there really tight, but I don’t want to put everything back together and just pray it works since I know fans can act as a bit of a lever and unscrew a single screw with enough vibration. And I reeeeeally can’t find the screw- I’ll tear apart this whole room if I need to, but finding a replacement feels like a smarter call!
