So I created my Rift account and requested a 3 month order for Apothecary. I have been divorced for years and after my divorce, I returned to using my maiden name. I filled out the forms and uploaded my card details all with my current name. I got an email indicating my prescription was approved and the charge went through. On the email it showed my old married (last) name. I have no idea how that name was pulled and associated to my Rift account. I do not want my prescription issued to my married name as I haven’t used that name for many years.

I message support but I’m confused on what to do. I know I never entered that name at all and it’s not associated to my form of payment either. I’m so confused. My order number is 0687

After 3 decades of being morbidly obese (category 3, and at times category 1) and having to shop in plus size stores or sections - that I dreaded - I have had a positive shopping experience!!

I wanted a new tank top and some cropped jeans for an upcoming trip. I walked into the store, saw a pair of cropped jeans in size 16 - in the “regular” women’s section. Grabbed a tank top and grabbed a XXL, looked at it and was like “that’s way too big” (that thought alone is so foreign to me!!!!). Got a L and went to the change room. They both FIT! I literally squealed in the change room and walked out feeling amazing! I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes!!!!

I am elated and I can’t wait to see where I end up once I’m done losing body fat! So happy and I just wanted to share! I used to wear a snug sized 20 pant or a comfy 22.

Will I receive emails or text messages regarding the status of my order? Or should I just keep checking the website? I wasn’t sure what method of communication was preferred.
