My last name was changed when payment was processed - Can someone change it back?
So I created my Rift account and requested a 3 month order for Apothecary. I have been divorced for years and after my divorce, I returned to using my maiden name. I filled out the forms and uploaded my card details all with my current name. I got an email indicating my prescription was approved and the charge went through. On the email it showed my old married (last) name. I have no idea how that name was pulled and associated to my Rift account. I do not want my prescription issued to my married name as I haven’t used that name for many years.
I message support but I’m confused on what to do. I know I never entered that name at all and it’s not associated to my form of payment either. I’m so confused. My order number is 0687
