What’s the reason to use pronouns like el/ella on a conjugated verb?
Tu quieras and Quieras have no difference right?
What is the purpose of adding the pronoun then? Just for emphasizes? Is it more formal?

Let’s say you brought some expensive nice clothes and were walking around.
If you saw a child drowning in a lake, would you sacrifice your clothes and money to save the child?
Most people say yes, it is our duty to minimize others harm and suffering if we are able to. Even if we sacrifice our own monetary resources for it.
But then the argument of online charities come up. If you said yes to the previous situation, would you donate your “extra” stuff to an online charity to save a life? Like you don’t need so many clothes and shoes, or a fancy car.
It requires you to sacrifice your monetary spendings to help save lives.
