Hi everyone,

my cat is a 5-year-old neutered male British Shorthair, weighing around 6 kg.

About two months ago, he had struvite stones and had to be treated by a vet, including catheterization and bladder flushing. After that, he was on medication for about three weeks and recovered well.

Now to the current situation:
Today, he used the litter box in the morning, where he both urinated and defecated, but since then he hasn’t gone again, and it’s now 1 AM.

He is eating normal

I’m a bit concerned because of his history. Is this considered a long time without urinating, and could this be a sign of another urinary blockage?

Edit: he went to his toilet checked it out and came to me and miaud at me

Edit: He just urinated a normal/good amount should I still be worried if he got a blockage because he didn’t pee all day
