Hi,can someone please clarify for me. We had a blocked kitchen pipe in a unit and the plumber said the blockage was in the stack. Im assuming because only 1 apartment was impacted then the blockage would have been in the section of the stack that only serviced this 1 apartment? Is this correct or is this a naive interpretation?
