Issues with website and LSAC Support has been no help
Hey guys, I'm posting about this as I have had issues with contacting LSAC and receiving help on this matter. I qualified for the fee waiver for 2 LSAT administrations; however, I need to take 2 practice LSATs. I tried to take them back in March and in April on LawHub, but the page just resets every time I try to take any practice test or do any of the lessons offered on LawHub. I have messaged them through the support bot a number of times, talking with live agents and having them all tell me just to sign out and sign back in, reset my cache, use a personal computer, try a different browser, etc., etc. I have also emailed LSAC support directly, and they told me that it was an ongoing issue they were trying to fix. It has been 2 months, and I need to take these two practice LSATs sometime this month to be able to register for the August test. I already missed registration for the June LSAT because of this issue, and I was basically told to kick rocks. If anyone can help or has any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!!
