So I'm trying to buff champion fighter, here's my idea so far. The biggest concerns from people I've gotten is Superior critical with multiclassing, so if you think it's op please recommend an alternative to keep critical hits consistent, but less op.

Level 3 additional fighting style: exactly the same.

Level 3 improved critical: again no change

Level 7 remarkable athlete: you add half your proficiency bonus rounded down to your athletics checks. You score critical hits on 18-20. When you score a critical hit the next time that creature makes a saving throw it has disadvantage or the next time an ally attacks that creature they have advantage. (Whichever happens first)

Level 10 Relentless: once per turn when you land a critical hit you can add your proficiency bonus to the damage.

Level 15 Superior critical: your score critical hits on 16-20

Level 18 survivor: at the start of your turn in combat you regain hp equal to 8 plus your constitution modifier.

So the champion fighter is pretty weak and as it is the most common subclass for fighters especially when the players are beginners I wanted to buff it to make it stronger. My goal is a solid A tier subclass so not at the level of battle master or gods forbid echo knight.

Level 3 improved critical: no change here.

Level 3 additional fighting style: again no change except lowering the level at which you get it.

Level 7 remarkable athlete: you add half your proficiency bonus rounded down to your athletics checks. You now score critical hits on 18-20. When you score a critical hit on an enemy the next time it's forced to make a saving throw it has disadvantage or the next time an ally attacks that target they have advantage on that attack roll. (Whichever comes first)

Level 10 determinded: once per turn when you land a critical hit add your proficiency bonus to the damage.

Level 15 superior critical: you score critical hits on attack rolls of 16-20.

Level 18 survivor: at the start of your turn in combat you regain hp equal to 8 plus your constitution modifier as long as you don't have 0 hp remaining.

This is a small buff that I feel makes survivor more impactful since you don't need to be at half health. Also considering the damage enemies dish out at this level I feel this makes survivor better aligned for a capstone.
