I was underpaid for my job for a good chunk of my career (think 10k for a Junior Assistant Manager with 5k non-taxable allowance). At my 30s, when I had enough money to do so, I took up courses to certifications relevant to my career at the time. Then I got sick which led to me being terminated from my job (redundancy daw but the timing was 2 weeks after I told my boss I needed surgery and 2 months recovery after being sick already for a month) and wiping out my savings except for my stock portfolio and UITFs.

Any suggestions here how to rebuild, and prep for retirement given a 130k salary and debt that has thankfully shrank to 210k

EDIT: to clarify, asking for advice early, as I intend to clear my debt by Q3 2026 at the latest.
