Made this account just to share this — not selling anything, no affiliations, no links. I won't be responding to comments, sorry in advance. Just hoping it helps a few people. I had restless legs syndrome for about 10 years. It mostly hit right before sleep or during the night, making rest impossible. A relative suggested something simple, I tried it, and it worked for me.
The method: Before bed, I add 3 drops of food-grade, orally-ingestible rosemary essential oil to a glass of water, stir it, and drink it. That's it. The key is that the oil must be certified for internal use — not the topical/aromatherapy kind. Important notes: - This is personal experience, not medical advice. I'm not a doctor. - RLS can be linked to iron deficiency, magnesium deficiency, or other underlying conditions — it's worth getting bloodwork done first. - Internal use of essential oils is NOT recommended without consulting a doctor if you are: pregnant, breastfeeding, epileptic, on blood thinners, have liver issues, or for use in children.
Results vary from person to person. What worked for me may not work for everyone. Hope it helps someone sleep better. Take care.
