Long story short my company is an mnc and I've recently merged things after through testing that had unintended consequences. I don't know but I just get the vibes. My company is known for being very good in terms of its work culture but my review this time was bad and I was warned by my manager if this happens again I might get flagged by the system (fired ig?) so I'm getting fired. During the resolution of the bugs created by me I wasn't there and I found out about this much later. It seems so funny how I had no idea but just because of me things have been breaking left and right and I do take pride in the testing I do. I ship a lot of things but things also break in the process.
