Recently i got diagnosed w a Z of -3 troughout my entire body at age 23.

They've test for celiac, parathyroid, and other bloods, and sadly no cause was found :(

So now I most likely need to start anabolic bone meds, but im honestly like rly scared for the side effects they might have on like hair growth and fertility
