Hi! I have a walk booked in an hour, but the client messaged me and had to cancel. Perfectly fine, however they said that it wasn’t letting them cancel on their end. Should I ask them to retry to cancel or go ahead and cancel on my end? I don’t want it to reflect poorly on my account but I’ve also never been a sitter on rover before so I don’t really know why it wouldn’t let him cancel. Thanks!
