Any must-visit breweries/bars/cafes? Thank you!

My wife and I will be visiting Rotterdam in July for a few days. We will be flying into and out of Amsterdam. We are tacking on an extra couple of days to visit another city or two. Where do you recommend we go? Utrecht? The Hague? We are struggling with where to spend our extra night or two. Thank you in advance!
