Can I sue my previous repair station for not giving me my OJT of over 3 years for components worked on, and NDT hours logged? They quite royally screwed me and I wasn't able to produce them to apply for my repairmans at current new company, so I have to start over at an apprentice level for 1.5 years for half the money. And no, i did not keep my own logs they were all on company supplied forms, and I trusted them to keep them for me. FZDO said they dont have to provide them but since they prevented me to have a financial and professional gain, can I file a lawsuit against them to give me my records? If this isn't allowed here im sorry. NOT a school or job post. Its a mx related advice question.
