Hi everyone im 23yo i just wanna have opinions if anyone is having the same case as mine ! I was diagnosed with varicocele type1 on left testicule ! Saw two doctors both told me its okey and its not to worry about ( did the echo doppler and the spermogramme )

But im actually feeling pain(not so hard but still when i stay standing) and discomfort (its like 80% of the time)

Actually i have ocd so im big on stressing myself i think im stimulating the pain!

Idont know what do does anyone have been in same position or anyone have an advice?
