heard you shouldn't fast on reta?

someone recently told me fasting while on reta or any GLP-1 is a bad idea but couldn't really explain why. i'm muslim so fasting is something i do regularly and now i'm a little worried about how that's going to affect me

is there actually something to this or is it just overcautious advice? would really appreciate some input from people who know more about this

2 days in on reta and i feel… nothing?? is that normal

okay so i started my first dose of reta 0.5mg like two days ago and i genuinely feel completely normal which is making me paranoid lol

like i was expecting SOMETHING. even just a little nausea or appetite change or anything that tells me it's actually doing something. but i've eaten pretty much the same as before, no side effects, nothing feels different at all

part of me is like okay maybe that's a good thing?? but then i see people talking abt feeling it almost immediately and now i'm second guessing everything lmao

is it just too early to notice anything at 0.5mg or does it take a few weeks to actually kick in? did anyone else feel completely normal at first and then it just hit one day out of nowhere

genuinely cannot tell if i should be patient or if something is off💀

I'm 20 and started my first cycle a couple months ago. I worked my way up to 500mg of Test Cyp and felt fine, so I decided to add in Tren E. I started at 200mg a week, didn't notice many sides, and increased it to 400mg. That is when the mental sides took over. My ego went through the roof and I got insanely paranoid. I had been talking to this girl from work and things were going great, but I completely ruined it. I started acting like an asshole and accusing her of manipulating me for no reason at all. We got into a stupid argument about it at work and I stayed pissed off for my entire shift. I serve tables, and I ended up taking my anger out on a customer. Management got a complaint and fired me on the spot. The girl is basically ghosting me now too. Tren is not worth it at all. I got some good gains, but it literally cost me my job, a potential relationship, and all my money.

I started walking a specific 3-mile loop near my house 2 years ago. It was hard. I'd stop multiple times. My time was usually around 65 minutes, and I'd be sore for days.

I started Mounjaro 10 months ago. I kept walking the same route. Here's my progress, tracked on my phone:

Before Mounjaro: 65 minutes, stopped 3-4 times

Month 3: 55 minutes, stopped 1-2 times

Month 6: 48 minutes, no stops

Month 9: 42 minutes, no stops

Now (month 10): 39 minutes, no stops, and I'm not even winded at the end.

I'm not training. I'm not pushing myself. I'm just... lighter. Every pound I lose makes walking easier. I can finally understand why thin people say they "like" exercise. It doesn't hurt anymore. Has anyone tracked their performance metrics? What's improved the most for you?

Is there a specific place i can go to post about a tg supplier that ripped me off? dude completely scammed me. sent the money and he just straight up ghosted. never sent any tracking and obviously no package showed up. I want to post our chat screenshots and expose his username so no one else loses their money to this guy. Let me know where the best spot to do this is.

I'm skeptical about the daily routine. The original Rybelsus (oral semaglutide for diabetes) had strict rules like an empty stomach, only water, and waiting 30 minutes to eat. The 25mg Wegovy pill reportedly has similar requirements. Is it as annoying as it sounds??

I was on Tirz for 3 months and lost 17kg. I found a cheap, tested factory source for Reta and made the switch. Since I was at 7.5mg of Tirz, I started Reta at 4mg for a week and then went to 8mg for week two.

Having tried Sema and Tirz before this, the sides on Reta are way rougher. It is not even stomach issues. My whole body feels like it has a sunburn. I sleep like shit, sweat a ton, and feel feverish all the time. Appetite suppression is improving, but the food noise is way worse than it was on Tirz.

I know 8mg is a high start, but I was used to the 7.5mg of Tirz. If Tirz is doing its job for you, I don't think switching to Reta is worth it right now because these first few weeks are pretty miserable.
