My brother and I are trying to start a boba shop we both have experience working at boba shops and want to start our own but landlords always ask do I have a store already before even moving forward to letting me visit the location we haven not started LLC or any permits but we do have menu idea and brand name already just wondering how I can get past these landlords and start is it bad to offer higher deposit and shorter lease like maybe 6 month deposit? Just wondering how to get past them and start something have a location I want but they are very slow to respond and want someone with a bigger name.
