If your binge eating is this bad maybe just order one meal rather than the entire menu? I’m not trying to be insensitive to EDs, I struggle with binging too and know over-ordering is a big issue. I get she wants to do a review but maybe understand you’re not at that point in your recovery….just eating one normal size meal would do less damage? Idk it’s just weird. Also the pizza looked like there was a slice already gone and she had already been eating the brownie.
