hi! i listed an item as according to Vinted sizing L (16-18) , the item was an 18 with tags. I included in the description of the item that it was an 18 and the product images also had the tag which said 18.
the buyer has opened a case with Vinted saying they wish to return it as it was listed as a 16-18 (that’s just Vinted and their sizing…) and that they are 16 and the tag says the item is an 18.
I know Vinted says in a nut shell if it doesn’t fit then just resell it providing it has arrived in the condition stated which it has!
What should I do? accept the return and then have the buyer pay for postage? or contact Vinted? i have done nothing wrong and everything was very clearly labelled in the description and in the photos…
