I'm 18 and for the past year I've been trying different ways to make money online. Most of what people recommend takes forever, requires a big following, or is way more complicated than it sounds.
A few months ago I started doing something that's actually been working — helping social media marketing agencies get clients. My job is outreach. I contact local service businesses like roofers, electricians, gyms, and dentists to see if they're open to getting more customers through social media. If they are, I connect them with the agency and they take it from there. I get paid a commission when a call gets booked or they sign on as a client.
I mostly cold call, but I'll use Instagram DMs or email depending on the business. I'm still pretty new but I've already set some appointments and earned some commissions.
What I like about it is the simplicity. No audience needed, no ads, just my phone and some time each day. It's the first thing I've tried that actually feels repeatable.
A few people asked how I got started here's the eligibility form if anyone's curious: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeUEPWkc-aG1mBbcOYgFnLI4OdqejImuK9zM6w3KfsblpFBqg/viewform?usp=header
Anyone else around my age doing outreach, lead gen, or any other online side hustles?
