Hey guys i’m looking to sublease my room at highlander north campus from June- August. June rent would already be paid so you would only have to cover july and august. The rent includes utilities and a parking spot. You get your own room and bathroom and there is also an in unit laundry. It is a 5 min drive to UCR, everything is close by.
