Looking for some honest input from people who've been around this industry.
A group I am partnered with has a contract with FedEx Custom Critical, and we're expanding. We lease trucks onto our fleet under contract and bring on partners who earn weekly based on truck revenue. FedEx handles insurance, plates, and authority on their end and provides you with a trailer to use.
The model works, and the numbers are really good, especially for owner operators. What I'm trying to figure out is where to find the right people to bring into it: investors, small fleet owners, or operators who want ownership.
Any advice is appreciated. Not trying to pitch anyone here, genuinely just trying to figure out the best way to get in front of the right people.
