18k/mo take home
Total fixed expenses at 13.5k including mortgage.
I am sweating about future property tax increases and the high rate of 6.9%
Wife and child.
Just feels like this will be a lot because I won't be able to save as much as I want to each month and don't want to feel house poor.
Am I crazy?
I should mention to get to 18k I have to work a second job and be away from my family most of the month, otherwise it's a take home of 16k.
