hey there! i plan on doing a calorie deficit and want to lose about 10kg, (i am 75kg), however the calorie deficit due to my height is around 1200? my TDEE before exercise is 1500 and was wondering if i would still lose weight if i ate 1500 and burned about 300-200 cals through basic walking, or cardio. i don't want to have a massive defecit and want to lose it slowly because of how harmful it can be for womens hormones.
