I shot my first roll (35 mm) of Rollei Infrared 400: I metered TTL at ISO 12 without filter (-5 stops), and then shot with an IR720 filter. Sunny day with clear sky at around noon.

Here is a picture straight from the lab after developing and scanning (Fuji Frontier SP3000):

As you can see both shadows and highlights are very crushed. Do you think it may depend on exposure (underexposure or overexposure)? Or is it due to the lab developing/scanning? I didn't give them any special instructions, I just specified the box speed of 400 ISO. Or maybe is this the normal result of Rollei Infrared?

Anyway I was able to get a more pleasing result (at least to me) in post, recovering a little bit of shadows and highlights:
