I've worked at several shops and I continuously run into people with one of two opinions, either,
A: Hardline traditionalist; someone who says things need to be right and proper in every case, and may become frustrated when asked to do tasks in a way other than what they've been taught.
and B: This person has a much more "blurred lines" mentality, and doesn't care as much about method, but as long as the equipment is safe and functional, their satisfied.
Just wanting to hear from people who may have these opinions, or please give a 3rd option if none apply.
