Honestly this started because I got tired of watching my coworkers manually copy tables from websites into Excel. Like, selecting cells one by one, fixing formatting, losing data. Every. Single. Day.
So I spent a weekend and built a small extension that just puts an Export button above every table on every webpage. Click it — you get a clean CSV that opens straight in Excel or Google Sheets. That's
literally all it does.
Colleagues started using it and said it saved them a ton of time so I figured I'd put it out there for anyone else who deals with this.
It's completely free, no account, nothing gets sent anywhere - everything stays in your browser.
Would love to hear if this is actually useful for anyone else or if there's something obvious I'm missing. Any feedback welcome.
