Help!
Started ipl about 8 weeks ago. Previously waxed at salon with no issues for many years but wanted somethjng more permanent. After second session noticed my skin was having these small red pimples on left side of pic, (the larger 3 are previous ingorwns thst are now healing) they arent itchy or painful and dont contain any pus. However its been 8 weeks and theyre not going. I cant see any hairs attached. Ive tried ingrown go incase it was ingrowns. Ive tried aloe vera gel, exfoloating ive tried glycolic acid and just moisturising and nothing is making them go away. Has anyone else had this?? I cant work out if its due to shaving or ipl. Ive been using new razor with lots of gel or conditioner and ttied different techniques too but nothing budging. Everywhere else is fine. Anyone else had this and how did you trest it?? Im getting really selfconcious!! Im using braun mini, it only has 1 setting.
