Finally after a week of searching i finally found it.
Beat Shivaxi close up with my nunchaku and The Shivaxi Dragon pop-out scare the sh*t out of me.

Found the Wrath Pendant which is really good, but can't find the masterkey, instead Shiv drop an Elytra (which is useless), so i have to find another one *cry*
