I found cheap and decent spaces to rent in sun valley/better living in Parañaque (7k) however it is quite far from BGC and need to commute pa just to go to work.

My questions are:

How much is the usual fare from better living to BGC?

-UV express/P2P

-jeep

Is it often traffic between 6 to 8pm?

Or should I find nearby condo units nearby BGC since mag aadd up din sa cost ang everyday fare.

First time ko to move in the city as my new job requires me to be on site.

I'm looking for places near or around BGC/makati with a budget ranging 10k (or cheaper) to 13k (sagad na with assoc dues) with AC.
