I talked to Charles Kuck today due to the Advance Parole and the whole situation with USCIS denying/freezing the New Applications of a time line of 2 years due to being a legal pathway to become Green card holders. I’ve applied January 10th 2025 for Advance Parole and I am still waiting. So they are getting the case together to start the legal case of suing USCIS hoping to get answers and determine whether what they are doing is legal. If you are still waiting for Advance Parole application to be approved, I’d reach out to them that you are willing to be on this lawsuit. Keep your head high and stay positive!

My I-821 and I-765 been approved today. My DACA application was was received Nov 30th 2025 but didn’t upload online till Dec 1st 2025. I tried to expedite my case but they wanted more evidence so I didn’t go further with it. Emailed my state senate about the inquiry of my expedite and my application. Didnt really get much success out of that. Waited 144 days for this application and application in 2023 was 190 days. So this administration went quicker lol Finally over for now. 🙌🏻
