Ive been walking around that area for hours and googling for hours and even tried asking ai because im starting to get frustrated because i just have no clue how to get to it

I dont know if there is a different way to get in here or if this is closed off for like a main quest or something. I thought maybe i need that medallion from keira or the lamp and i thought i sold the medallion or something but i didn't and it's not working so idk.

First time playing the witcher 3 and i dont know if im making good choices with my upgrades-
