For reference, I have had my bridge done last year in May, in fact I think May 5th was the exact date if I remember correctly, but man has this been troublesome. I have tried downsizing a few months ago, I have LITHA, and I maintain a skin care routine with non-abrasive products.

I got nothin at this point and these fucking bumps are driving me insane, my dudes. Any time I go outside I am super conscious of them and the redness…
Any advice?
