I had just arrived in Makrinaos to sell some chests when a lightning bolt struck right above the quest NPC. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if there's an NPC that spawns there? This is the second time lightning has struck directly above him while I'm trying to find him. I've already completed Makrinaos 100%, so it can't be an island NPC.

Edit. Another thunder has just struck, and just before it happens, there's a kind of noise, something like a roar.

Magic tentacles or what are these supposed to be?
