so my n52b30 burned a decent amount of oil, i wanna say about 1qt/2,000km maybe 1,500km if i drive hard. however, one day i get in my car and start driving, to my surprise i get an engine code and the car starts violently shaking. i scan it and get code p0301 for a cyl 1 misfire. so okay, i go to my buddy’s house where he has an extra coil, replace the bad ignition coil and misfire fixed. however, ever since i replaced that ignition coil, the car has not burned ANY oil whatsoever and it’s concerning me how the oil level is stuck at 1 bar down from max (which was the level it was at before i replaced the ignition coil) it’s been about 1,000km since that.
so my question is, did i fix my oil burning with an ignition coil? or is my level sensor being weird? i’m just concerned that i’ll be running the car low on oil without knowing and blow it up
