I had a weird interaction at Petco. When I went to pay for my items, the cashier asked me for my name and phone number instead of greeting me. Then she told me to click yes on the screen to join their rewards program. I clicked no because I wasn't interested. She brought the screen up again and told me to select yes this time.

How badly do you need people to sign up that you're forcing me to do it?
