I’m getting older, and as I age, more and more, I’m noticing habit playing a role in my quality of life. However, I’m not so old that I can’t put on some vanity muscle. I canceled my gym membership, recently, thinking I could stack multiple strength classes from different studios. While the outcomes from the volume are a boon, schedule continues to get flummoxed. What are the chances we see 90 minute Strength classes?
