My two roommates are respectively vegetarian and vegan, and I want to cook for them sometimes because I feel guilty if I let them do it all the time. But I'm already not good at figuring out good recipes that I like, and most of the inspiration I find on the internet are either some variation of pasta, or a chicken based meal. So I was wondering where do you draw your inspiration from
