I am litrally so regarded, can someone please help me understand if the 35 strike buyout will be subject to the 25% isreali tax like the dividends? Or if it will just be fully sent into brokerages, thankyou ive heard a lot of noise from both sides snd the proxy statement didnt clear anything up.
