I’ve been speaking to a lot of people recently who struggle more with consistency and overeating than actually knowing what to do.

So I’m testing a simple idea:

Instead of strict calorie counting or meal plans, I’d help people with:
- simple portion guidance
- accountability
- and keeping things sustainable without overthinking food

Mainly through daily check-ins/messages.

Would anyone actually find something like this useful enough to pay a small weekly amount for?

Genuine question — just validating an idea right now.
