Hello there... Im hoping for help identifing a pest issue i noticed on my mints since about 2 years now. (Various versions of mints and all are affected)

I keep my mints in a makeshift greenhouse outsode during the wintermonths as they are in planters and therefore tolerate less. I tend to open the greenhouse for acclimatisation around march (i am based in switzerland).

I started noticing these sticky foams on my mints last year and ended up hosing them down whenever i saw them. This year it seems worse though, like every planter is affected to some degree and my mints are not doing so hot (some outright are looking like theyre dying... Not sure if its due to this pest or something else in the potting media as somehow the roots are gone?)

The foams now also show these red larvae like dots? Id like to know what this pest is so i can get rid of it to save my mint collection.

I was asked wether i could sew a costume for someone according to a picture. Ive found some patterns, that i def could adapt to what i need but am still searching for a cloak pattern that has a vestfront included. I found these 2 things so far, that are very close to what i need but im struggling to find a proper pattern.

Does any of you know where i can find something according the lines? Or got a good idea how to combine a vest and cloak pattern so the cloak doesnt slip off the shoulders constantly?
