Need advice for my tiny kitchen! Which appliance should I get? (Mini-oven, Microwave, Airfryer, or Combi?)

I need some tips for my extremely tiny kitchen!
Currently, my setup is super basic: I only have a 2-burner cooktop, a toaster, and a fridge. I really want to start cooking and baking properly in the future (casseroles, cakes, pizza, etc.), but I have absolutely zero space to buy and store multiple appliances. Getting all of them separately is definitely out of the question. Maybe one or two.
What makes the most (or least) sense to add to my setup? I am considering:
- Mini-oven
- Airfryer
- Standard Microwave
- Combi-device (e.g., a microwave with convection/baking features)
For those of you with similar setups: Does an airfryer or a combi-device truly replace a real oven for you? Which solution would you highly recommend for extreme space constraints?
