I’ve lately been trying to grind a great one whitetail on Revontuli, this is my first real grind of anything so I’m a little confused on the process and have a few questions.
I know you let level 3 bucks stack on main zones, but should you let high estimate level 2’s stack on main zones as well? Should you also let rare fur types stack on main zones too?
I’ve heard people say to “never kill low level bucks, always shoot higher estimate deer.” If a main zone has bronze or low estimate 2’s, shouldn’t I shoot them to allow a chance for respawns? Should I then prioritize shooting the low estimate 2’s and 1’s out of my main zones over the golds and high silvers?
Do pickup tents still work? Or does placing the tent so close to a zone make the deer disappear now?
