Are most preschool teachers this toxic? (Venting)

I'm new to being a preschool teacher, but have had 25 years of professional experience in libraries, insurance, and various retail settings. In the 3.5 weeks I have been a lead in the classroom, I have seen so much gossiping, lack of teamwork, and lack of taking responsibility. This morning a kid had a pee accident in my my bathroom from another class (my bathrooms are most central to the playground). That child's teacher took care of it, and I brought in a mop and bucket with odoban urine destroyer to keep the smell down. She said she had already cleaned it with bleach. I told her that I have a lot of kids who have accidents because this is central so I want to mop up addition with the odoban. Then another of her kids had a BM in my bathroom and got poop on his underwear. I do not have his clothes in my class. I told her about the incident and she said, "I don't clean poop." I told her he is not my kid and I dont have his stuff. She got puffy and clapped back with, "For the record, I wasn't asking you to deal with it." What am I supposed to do with this? She was just complaining about a kid having to sit in his pee clothes for an hour before a parent picked him up because of no spare clothes (which i absolutely agree with), then in the next breath your going to say you won't help kids with poop? The cognitive dissonance is maddening! I feel like she should have just went to her class, got her kids spare clothes, helped him change and went on with the day. This is ridiculous!
